A to Z information

From your very first visit to our practice, we can assist you with the most important aspects of the therapy you need, offering continuous advice and support as well as individual exercise and posture programmes for you to follow at the clinic and at home. The following pages outline key information on our practice and therapies.

During the initial consultation the Physiotherapist will take a detailed history of your condition and undertake a physical assessment to determine your diagnosis and treatment plan.

The initial consultation will take between 30 – 60 minutes depending on your condition. Follow up treatment appointments will last 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on what our physiotherapists advise.
