Specialist Massage – How It Can Help You

If you are reading this page you are obviously a person who values their health and wants to stay active and enjoy life.

Most people spend weeks, months or even years agonising over whether to get help with a stiff achy neck, a sore low back that flares up from time to time or annoying, nagging knee pain. You are not sure what to do for the best. Should it be to visit the GP? Should you try those anti-inflammatory creams on TV? Should you listen to friends and family who have had lovely relaxing massages at a spa or beauty salon and yet they are still suffering with aches and pains? Or should you take every word that you read on google as gospel?

There is so much choice out there these days to get help but which should you choose? Let’s face it you don’t want to go and waste good money and your time on something that doesn’t get you the results you are looking for. So what should you do for the best?

At WDC we have two different types of massage service that we offer. We have Therapeutic Massage and Sports Massage.

The pages following on from this page will explain the difference about what they are and how they can help you get away from a life of feeling stressed, tired, low in mood, struggling with aches and pains or struggling with a specific injury or pain condition.

Best of all is that all of our massages are done by our team of Chartered Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists so if you have any specific injury or pain questions they will be more than happy to help you during your massage sessions. They will advise you what not to do and what to do for the best. They are experts in their field so you will be getting additional value during your massage sessions with us.
