Our Dance fit Class is a great hit with our clients.

Our dance fit class at WDC is led by Daniel Shepherd. Dan is a qualified dance teacher and Choreographer so you are in expert hands in this class, as with all our studio Classes.

Dance Fit has been designed by Dan to give you a fusion of traditional Ballet & Contemporary Dance movements and Pilates type matwork. The Ballet and contemorary elements of the class will give you some cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your leg muscles and help to improve bone density. The Pilates based part of the class will work on core strength, lengthening muscles and re-balancing the body.

If you have always wanted to bring out the inner dancer in you and have a giggle whilst you exercise then this class is perfect for you.

Why drag yourself to the gym, lacking motivation to do yet another leg press or 15 minutes on the cross trainer when you could be getting the body you always wanted with the wonder of Dance-Pilates fusion! This class is for anyone of any age, shape, size and fitness level.
