I have been having weekly Pilates sessions with Beth since June 2019 and have enjoyed every session. My posture and overall flexibility feels much better and I've become a complete convert to Pilates. Beth is a fantastic instructor, she always makes you feel at ease, ensures that every member of the class gets one on one attention and keeps the classes fresh by doing different exercises each week, it never feels repetitive. Mandy and Alison are always so helpful on the front desk too and like a ray of sunshine - I can thoroughly recommend WDC Physiotherapy and will be returning for more sessions in the new year - thank you!
I had never been to WDC before and had a running technique assessment with a fantastic bloke called Aaron. He was very well presented, polite and had a very calm manner. He also showed a great understanding of running technique and was able to offer some excellent advice. I will be returning for further training.
After being told twice by the hospital that there was nothing wrong with my knee I went to WDC Physio. They have really helped my recovery. They are very welcoming and friendly. When I entered, I was offered a hot drink or water. The treatment itself is perfect, I was listened to fully (the hospital didn't) and the treatment is perfectly fitted to my lifestyle and amount of free time. There is truly nothing bad I can say, I really really recommend this service to anyone!!! Thank you WDC Physio!!!!
Worked with Beth for three weeks now and have seen massive improvements. Very knowledgeable and implemented a good care plan for my needs, highly recommended. Also worked with Aaron for one session, just as good and knowledgeable. Would be in good hands with who ever is assigned to your needs.
