We delighted to tell you we are back to full services including in studio classes. 


As medical professionals we have your backs, knees, shoulders, necks etc… all covered! 🙂


We are also continuing our Online Physiotherapy consultations and Online Pilates and Balance & Falls Prevention Classes as they have proved so popular and so successful.


So now all clients have choice whether they would like to be seen in clinic or virtually. If you would like an in clinic face to face appointment please get in touch with us.


To safeguard our clients, our team are still wearing:


  1. Medical Face Masks
  2. Nitrile Latex Free Gloves


AND…we will:


  1. Ask clients to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the appointment time
  2. Give our clients a surgical face mask to wear whilst in clinic
  3. Limit our appointments to allow time to disinfect treatment areas
  4. Collect clients and walk them through to the treatment room
  5. Ask clients to prepay to reduce time in the clinic
